After immersing herself in vibrant health food scenes globally and cultivating a profound love for matcha, she felt Matcha should be a key component to various recipes on her menu. Noticing the shortage of top-notch matcha suppliers on the island she decided to embark on her own journey to craft her own signature blend and convert her customers from coffee consumers to matcha lovers.
