Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from A Matcha A Day. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened matcha packages due to health and safety reasons.
